Salon Policy

Health Concerns

All clients are required to complete a client consultation sheet on their first visit to Rebel Rouge to minimise risk of possible reactions to our treatments. For certain treatments we will carry out a patch test prior to initial treatment. If you have had a certain brand of tint or spray tan in another salon before you may sign a disclaimer form stating you aware of the risk your are undertaking. Please note that it is your duty to inform Rebel Rouge of any changes to your medical health. We endeavour to update all clients' medical history annually, if you feel your records are incomplete then please inform your therapist or stylist before your appointment.

Appointments & Payment

Any treatment appointments made at Rebel Rouge requires clients' credit card details as a deposit for the treatment, however no payments will be taken unless clients fail to turn up for the designated appointment or cancel at short notice, within the space of 24hours. This includes appointments made with consultants working from Rebel Rouge. All missed appointments will be charged a minimum of £10 or any client on a pre paid course may have a full treatment deducted. Clients have a choice to pay for treatments in the salon by cash or credit/debit card. Please note that any credit/debit card payments made to a consultant operating from the premises will be charged an administration cost.

Courtesy texts, emails and calls

Rebel Rouge will endeavour to contact all clients 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment to ensure all clients have the correct details of treatments, therapists and appointment time. Our preferred means of contact is email and text. Please ensure we have your current details. Rebel Rouge does not take responsibility for contacting clients with scheduled appointments with consultants operating from Rebel Rouge.

Internet Bookings

Rebel Rouge understands the clients preference to booking online. We cannot guarantee all bookings made online and may contact you to offer the closest alternative appointment however we will endeavour where possible to offer you your preferred appointment time. Please note we do not take responsibility for any reservations made on third party sites.

Group Bookings

We warmly welcome group bookings at Rebel Rouge. To secure a group appointment we require a deposit at time of reservation. This is fully refundable and cancelled a month prior to reservation.
