Meditation classes

All our relaxation and meditation classes are run by our consultant Linda Anderson, who has developed classes and workshops to facilitate people making life changes and finding their inner self. Her most famous quote is

HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS MEDITATION GROUP

THIS IS A DEEP EXPERIENCE FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO :

  • EXPAND ON THEIR JOURNEY,
  • DEEPEN CONNECTIONS
  • DOWNLOAD SPIRITUAL CONCEPTS/ IDEAS,
  • CREATE A DEEPER AWARENESS
2 Hour Class £8.00

(multiple- dimensional connection) Every fortnight. TUESDAYS
7.30pm- 9.30pm
